You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from, we will refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;

Your items must be in the original packaging;

Your items need to have the confirmation email/pack list or proof of purchase;

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.


For a change of mind return, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. You will receive the return label and detailed instructions from us via emails.


Incorrect/Damaged Products Returns

If you received Incorrect products, damaged products missing products caused by Freskin Warehouse, we would organise a return, refund or resend the products for you, including paying the shipping costs, subject to the following conditions:

Please provide photo proof of incorrect/damage products, or missing products via email to us for proof;

Please also send the pack list or confirmation email to us for proof.

Once your request has been validated by us, we will help you to organise a return, refund or resend the products.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for the case of change mind. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For the case of damaged goods or any negligence of, you do not need to pay for the shipping costs for return.

For the case of lost or damaged by our carrier partner such as Australian Post, customers will need to contact Australian Post themselves.
